Returns & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items. including both custom-made and ready-to-ship rugs.

Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy. Please read all item descriptions and view product photos carefully before purchasing.

Damaged Rugs

If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at TheTuftedTreasury@gmail.com. Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll review your case and, if approved, arrange a replacement.
We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll help file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once the claim is resolved, we’ll send a replacement when possible.

Color & Size Disclaimer

All rugs are handmade, and small variations in color, size, or shape may occur. These are natural differences and are not considered defects.

Ready-to-Ship Rugs

Ready-to-ship rugs are sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure to check product photos, measurements, and descriptions carefully before ordering.
